Meet @cloyogini sharing her #yogasavedmylife story with us. These are her words 🙏

"Yoga changed my life! One of the most beautiful things I learned through yoga is to love myself. So often people have said to me "You're not insecure! I don't believe that!" But, you know, each of us has a baggage we carry with us, that we keep hidden sometimes, and for much of my youth I was really insecure and full of fear. I remember how I would hide away from cameras, but it wasn't just aesthetic insecurity. Even at school, under any pressure or in social situations, meeting new people, I became purple and my voice trembled" . "I was 25 when I opened the shala door where I would attend my first yoga class. Since that day 8 years have passed and my life has changed radically . The constant practice of Yoga has allowed me to know every single part of my being but especially to accept me for who I am, every facet of my being: with all the merits and defects that characterize me and that make me wonderfully unique! 🙏 . Yoga has taught me that the only way to love others is to love yourself first . My biggest thanks goes to all the Teachers who have been able to transmit me the purity of yoga. I've learned to be in no hurry to arrive, that the process is slow and magnificent for this, and my spiritual search continues to find the right answers. But an even greater thank you goes to my parents who, for a series of events, led me where I am today. My only regret is that the once insecure, fearful little girl gaunt discovered yoga sooner. I have no children and I don't know if I will ever have one, but for those who have this great commitment, think about it ... YOGA SAVES! 🙏 .
