Meet @lindehartmanyoga sharing her #yogasavedmylife story with us. These are her words 💚

"I did my first yoga class 20 years ago when I was 17 years old. I was studying at Ecole national des arts du cirque to become a professional circus performer" . . "I thought yoga to be boring in those times and didn't enjoy it much. It was only about 15 years later that a discovered this powerful practice . As I got older I developed more fear towards my circus performance. The act I did was a dangerous one and little voices about falling to my death started creeping in . I developed a daily hatha practice and signed up to do a teachers training in Las Vegas. That where I was living at the time doing 10 shows a week . My YTT was transformative. I remember that I started looking at the world differently when I meditated everyday and when I started to examine some of my toxic patterns . When I got pregnant 3 years ago I stopped performing & moved back to Europe with my husband who got a job offer there . I then completely threw my self into yoga & discovered my great love ashtanga . Last year I made my first trip to india to study ashtanga with Sharath jois at KPJAYI for 5 weeks. And I've just returned from there with my daughter after going back to further my studies . Yoga has definitely changed me for the better. It's shown me how to understand myself better. To break trough toxic patterns. But it's vital to remember the fact that change is a continuous. I'm evolving constantly and yoga is a tool to help navigate these transformations, we are never done changing and I will forever strive to keep learning, to keep becoming the best version of who I can be in any moment 🙏 .
