Meet @yoga.jess22 sharing her #yogasavedmylife story with us. These are her words ๐Ÿ’š

"I was in an abusive relationship on and off for 5 years. Mostly sexual, emotional, & psychological abuse. I wanted to share my story with you, because yoga really has saved my life


He kicked me & our son out when I was pregnant with his child because I was too sick to clean. I had PTSD, severe anxiety, & depression

.

.

When I found yoga I remember my mind finally becoming clear & my heart didn't feel like it was broken into pieces for the first time in a long time

.

Through yoga my self esteem grew, my anxiety lessened, & my depression is non existent

.

I still have my bad days with flash backs but I just get onto my mat & breathe it away. It feels so good to hear other people's stories from this community & realize I'm not alone

.

I want to share it on you're page to want to help people, to make them realize that bad people exist & do very bad things but we can overcome these things when we find light & balance within ourselves ๐Ÿ™
