"Anxiety & stress followed an injury that deprived me of the thing that gave me my sense of fulfilment, joy & my ability to be of service


I was always a hyperactive kid. Thankfully, later in life I started to be aware of the awakening of human attributes & qualities that led me to rediscover myself not only as a student of movement, but also towards a more conscious way of living as a spiritual being

This allowed me to be of instrument to the Divine by creating a space where people could embark on a journey of self exploration & cultivate self awareness through physical movements, specifically in the discipline of Parkour

.

.

After suffering an injury that meant I couldn't train, I started to suffer with terrible anxiety & stress, not knowing how I was going to continue to do the thing I love & brought me such joy - but was also the thing that gave me purpose in life, made feel like I couldn't be of service

.

Realizing I had to redesign my way of moving, I gave yoga a try. At first I thought it was too soft for me, however over time, not only did I start to like it for allowing me to be creative in a different way, but also because it took me deeper into my inner journey of spiritual awakening. I rediscovered myself, my purpose

.

Now I dedicate my life to teaching yoga & helping others in cultivating of spirit. It also means I get the opportunity to serve

.

Yoga took me deeper into myself to find and gather what I can from the heart to offer for the benefit of others"
