Meet @oliviafaithw sharing her #yogasavedmylife story with us. These are her words ๐Ÿ’š

"Until recently I had been on antidepressants for two years. A year ago I tried to take my own life. It wasn't so much that I wanted to end my life, but that I felt that I had no reason to live. I was alone, in a dark hole that didn't seem to have much light anymore" . "I had practiced yoga on and off before, however after moving home to be with my family in Worthing I decided to join hot pod yoga . I needed something to facilitate my recovery as well as medication and I didn't feel motivated enough to do yoga alone. Through hot pod yoga I met so many wonderful people . Over the last year I have experienced so much growth and connection with myself. I have used meditation and chi gong alongside yoga classes/retreats to get to now. I have a deep understanding of myself that I didn't have before and have learn't that a feeling does not define who I am . It's been a month since I last took antidepressants and I am full of gratitude for the journey ๐Ÿ™
