"I was diagnosed with MS more or less 19 years ago. At the time the outlook wasn't very good"

Meet @yoga_bibi Fabiola sharing her #yogasavedmylife story with us. These are her words 📷

.

"Since my diagnosis my multiple sclerosis has had its ups & downs as in life itself

.

I called my MS my best friend as I've learned a lot about myself through "her" and I wouldn't have changed many things in life for better if wasn't for her

.

She is the one that showed me how stressed out I was and still am sometimes but she is the one that tells me to come down as she is part of me and I just have the choice to keep looking after myself if I don't want things to get bad

.

I don't see my condition in the same way as many others do because I believe it comes to teach us something and I only can consider myself as a very blessed person, because even not being "healthy" as other people, no big harm ever happened to me

.

Don't get me wrong, sometimes it isn't easy, but it's ok, we don't have to be strong at all times. But I won't use it as an excuse and I choose 'Happy'

.

I've never been through conventional treatment and I've chosen a vitamin based treatment that always worked well for me. But when I found Yoga last year, it changed my life for the better. In conjunction with meditation I stopped the Vitamin treatment and now my lesions are shrinking

.

Yoga it's been my best therapy and treatment. I have so much love for Yoga that it has become a passion. I decided to become a yoga teacher to be able to pass this love to people and share the energy I've been receiving with others 📷
