Meet @michelledoole.yoga Sharing her #yogasavedmylife story with us. These are her words 💚

"Two years ago I was in the midst of one of the hardest struggles of my life and prayed that God would help me to find answers"

.

I had been practicing yoga on and off for about a year when yoga teacher training presented itself as an option for me. I was hesitant and didn't feel I was ready but as I continued to pray and seek answers I felt God leading me to sign up, so I did, nervous, unsure, and scared if I could make it through.

200 hours. Hours that were spent taking a hard look at who I was and who I wanted to be, putting in hard work in my yoga practice, learning new things, dropping old patterns and working to shape new ones, finding my confidence again and learning to trust and let things be.

Those 200 hours shaped me into a better person and helped me to realize I would never be a perfect person or a perfect yogi but that I could be myself and that was enough.

Two years later I'm still practicing and I'm still learning. My practice is helping me to accept, to continue, and to let go. It's one of the only things in my life that I've started and actually stuck to. It grounds me, connects me, and allows me to face the challenges of life with a new perspective.

Yoga is such a blessing to me, and I'm so glad I took that leap of faith 2 years ago. ❤
