Meet @sara_anjali sharing her #yogasavedmylife story with us. These are her words 💚

"I was abused when I was a little girl & I felt abandoned most of my young life. I hurt and felt lost. I really suffered & still carry some of those traumas with me"

.

"I am not scared anymore to share this, because I know I am not alone 🙏

.

Today I can say that all I have gone through, made the beautiful being I am, not alone anymore, because I am surrounded by love, peace and happiness... I see myself in most of the beings I meet in my everyday life

.

Before Yoga I was insecure, in my body, mind and spirit. I didn't know who I was, always looking for answers; then I discovered that there were not answers needed, I knew, that everything is perfect as it is

.

MEANT TO BE... 🌺

I have those words tattooed on my body

.

We all go through pain, sadness, experiences of any kind, good or bad... It is how we face it that makes the difference

.

I am happy to be vulnerable, I am happy to be a woman, feeling a real woman maybe for the first time in my life! I have finally unblocked something, and thanks to other beautiful beings' support I have also defeated amenorrhea, which if you are a woman with that condition you know what I have gone through (over 6 years!)...

We all have something going on, all the time, but if we just observe for a moment, we realise how lucky we are, just having this beautiful gift such as life

.

We are not alone, no one is... We may feel lonely but that is caused by disconnection, and unfortunately society doesn't help at all with that

.

.

Community, Mother Nature, and your Freedom, are the keys to your Connection & Grounding

.

No need to hide, we are all on this journey together, so lets row this boat together. Face your fears, take the bad for the good, and appreciate the little things

.

Watch the Moon more often, you may find a revealing beauty out there!

Namaste 🙏
