"For years I’ve dealt with body dysmorphia. Never thin enough, never pretty enough, never strong enough. Yoga saved me" . "I busted myself to work for the “dream body” - and I had it. But it still wasn’t good enough . Then I fell pregnant,gained the weight - you know how it goes. Postpartum body = struggle city . Until I found yoga. Or yoga found me🙏 . Yoga showed me that I’m strong. I’m capable. I’m flexible. I’m peaceful . Yoga is for everyBODY. And for that, I am grateful. Yoga saved me... Yoga saves me every day 💚
